We've included most of the forms that we can, which enable us to more or less do a "straight through" process. We've highlighted the forms where they need to be signed or initialed so please review them carefully.

Many forms will be accepted with a FAX signature but require that we follow up with the original in a reasonable period of time. So, if it's a FAX to BCM, please send out the original as soon as possible.

You can, as noted, scan documents if you have the methods to convert the printed form to an electronic document and you can upload the document for us to "grab" it from your Client Vault page. Just in case, send off an email or make a call and let us know that the form has been moved to the vault.
